Some drivers are very proud of their car's heritage. This is my husband's old TR-4, now owned by his brother Jim , pictured at Hallett Raceway near Tulsa in the late '70s. Photo by Jim/Jeri.

Paul Caffrey (in the blue & yellow), one of my all-time favorite persons, looks over Bob Hindson's Porsche during tech at Ponca City. Paul and Mary Ann were mainstays of the region's tech crew for some period of time during the 70s. That's Mac Yate's Corvette-Blue Cobra getting ready to be weighed. See last month's photos for more shots of this Porsche, Mac's car and others.

Quiz No. 1: Who is this driver pictured at Hutchinson? Well, two different people I.D. the driver as Paul Fortner of Oklahoma City whose Datsun #88 can be seen in background. Thanks to Lon McKinstry of Dallas and Rocky Entriken of Wichita.

Quiz No. 2: Who is this driver? Must be important too; look how he has everyone's attention at this Hutch race.
